Reflective CGI Sphere IMG_0511-RW
Title: Reflective CGI Sphere, 2007
These highly reflective spheres are used to create reference points when integrating computer generated imagery (CGI) into a real vista. The television or film animator can see the source of light and shadow in the ball and make sure each animated frame maintains in a correct orientation to the originating light source. I worked with these spheres on a Discovery Channel shoot. They also provide for some interesting self portrait opportunities!
