I love cooking, one of my favorite dishes are escargots (snails) served in their shells. It takes my hours to make but when prepared properly they are spectacular. When I was single my best strategy was to get my dates over to my place for a romantic dinner were I would open dinner with my snails and end with my crepe flambé. It was far less expensive that going to a high end restaurant and showing off my culinary skills gave me a competitive advantage. It significantly improved my batting average!
