Making is wine is half science and half art. It all starts with the Terroir or land that the vines are planted on. If you are going to make grate wine you need to be able to blend the best of each harvest. O'Leary Fine Wines are blended from the best of 9 different vineyards. Its meticulous, painstaking work but I do it because I love it.
