Clock at Musse D'orsay
Over a hundred years ago when the first impressionist painters offered the Louvre Museum their work the curator turned up his nose and claimed the art was "not collectable". Instead the collections ended up at the Musee D'orsay where young curators understood its importance. The museum is actually a converted train station. I have been photographing this clock at the D'orsay for over twenty years. It never looks the same.
